Twinkle Grid
Privacy policy

Effective: October 29, 2026

Developer: Hyunjin Lee (JAY Project)

Twinkle Grid is a star placement logic puzzle played without an account. This policy separates progress stored on your device from information processed by Google advertising services.

1. Game information stored on your device

Your next level, marks and elapsed time for an unfinished puzzle, best times, number of puzzles solved, dates you solved the daily puzzle, and how many full screen ads were shown that day are stored on your device. They are used only to resume play, track constellations, and limit ads, and are not sent to our own server. There is no game account, remote database, or cross-device transfer. Puzzles are generated on your device from the level number and date, so none are downloaded.

2. Operating system backups and deletion

App data may be included in device backups according to your operating system settings. Removing the app or clearing its data deletes the game information on your device. Manage backup data through the backup service itself.

3. Information processed by Google advertising

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, and Google UMP for consent choices. Google may process IP-based approximate location, device or app identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. Whether ads are personalized depends on local law and your consent choices. On iOS the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so the device advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. No other ad network mediation or Firebase Analytics is included.

4. Consent and choices

Where required by law, a consent message appears on first launch, and you can change your choice at any time from Privacy settings on the home screen. Puzzles stay available if consent checks or ad loading fail. Rewarded ads are optional and shown only when you ask for a hint. On Android you can delete or reset the advertising ID in device settings.

5. Children

Twinkle Grid is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Retention and service providers

Information on your device remains until you clear it or remove the app. Retention, deletion and rights for information processed by Google follow Google policies. See the links below.

7. Contact and changes

Email us with privacy questions. If you write to us, your address and message may be kept by the email service so we can reply; this is separate from game data. We update this policy and its effective date when features or processing change.
