Q. Is 30 days really enough to build a habit?

Research shows automation takes 66 days on average (18-254 days range). 30 days is a great kickstart but expect the real automation later — don't stop at day 30.

Q. Did I ruin everything when my streak broke?

No. Studies show 1-2 misses barely affect long-term habit formation. Resume the next day. The tracker keeps your longest streak separately so motivation stays.

Q. How many habits at once?

No hard limit, but 5-7 max is realistic. Too many at once and none stick. Add 1-2 at a time.

Q. Where is the data stored?

Browser localStorage only — no server, no cross-device sync, but also no privacy risk.

Q. What happens if I clear browser data?

It's gone. Screenshot important records periodically. Cloud sync would need an account, which is the tradeoff we chose.

Q. How can I see if I'm on track?

The 30-day grid fills visually and darkens with longer streaks, giving you a one-glance read on monthly consistency.
