1 to 50 · Extended Schulte Table Brain Game

Click the numbers 1 through 50 in order as fast as possible. It's an extended version of the classic 25-cell Schulte Table, training visual scanning and working memory at the same time.

🎯 Goal: clear every number from 1 to 50 in order — the shorter the time, the better.

How to Play 1 to 50

  1. The game and timer start the moment you press 1.
  2. Tap the numbers from 1 to 50 in ascending order, as fast as you can.
  3. When you tap a number from 1-25, a number from 26-50 appears in its spot.
  4. Clear every number to lock in your time. Challenge your friends!

Tips to Improve Your Score

  • Centre your gaze: Look at the middle and use peripheral vision to read the whole grid at once.
  • Predict and pre-move: Start moving your cursor / gaze to the next number while clicking the current one.
  • Stay calm: Rushing causes misclicks. Accuracy beats speed.
  • Five minutes a day: Most players cut their time by 30%+ within a week.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What's an average clear time?

Most adults clear 1-50 in 50-80 seconds. Trained players get to 30-40s, and the global Top 50 sits below 20s.

Q. How is it different from a Schulte table?

It extends the classic 25-cell Schulte to 50, demanding wider visual scanning and more sustained focus.

Q. Why does 26-50 appear when I click 1-25?

Only 25 cells are visible at a time. Cleared positions get refilled with the next number, forcing you to constantly re-scan the grid.

Q. What happens if I click the wrong number?

Wrong clicks are ignored, but the timer keeps running — accuracy beats panic clicking.

Q. Can kids play?

Yes — anyone who knows numbers. It's a great brain stimulus for children even at slower clear times.

Q. Are records saved?

Personal best is auto-saved in your browser; opt-in submission appears on the global Top 50 leaderboard.
